These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Reformer Pilates Algarve website and your participation in our classes and services. By booking a class or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and Payment
All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking platform, Momence. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a place. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit/debit card through our booking platform.
Class passes are valid for the number of sessions stated and do not expire. Prices are displayed on our website and booking platform and are subject to change. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class booking. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full credit to your account to use for a future class.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will result in the class being forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued.
In the event that we need to cancel a class (for example, due to instructor illness), you will receive a full credit or, if you prefer, a refund.
Refunds on class passes are not available once any classes from the pass have been used. Unused passes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to a €5 administration fee.
3. Health and Safety
Participation in Reformer Pilates involves physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in a suitable physical condition to participate. You must inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent surgery before attending your first class, and notify us of any changes to your health before subsequent classes.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or modify your programme if we believe participation may pose a risk to your health or safety. Grip socks are required in the studio at all times and are available to purchase at the studio.
You participate in all classes entirely at your own risk. Reformer Pilates Algarve, its instructors, and its staff accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in classes, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
4. Studio Rules
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. Late arrivals may not be admitted after the class has started, for safety and to avoid disruption to other participants. Mobile phones must be switched to silent during classes.
Please treat the studio, equipment, and other participants with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. Photography and video recording in the studio is not permitted without prior written consent from the studio owner.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Reformer Pilates Algarve and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
6. Website Use
We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times. We are not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from our site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reformer Pilates Algarve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
