The Most Personal Way to Train
A private 1:1 session is the most effective way to work on the Reformer. With Victoria's full attention on you for the entire session, every movement is coached, every correction is immediate, and every session is built entirely around your body and your goals.
Private sessions are particularly valuable if you are new to Pilates and want to build a solid foundation before joining group classes, if you are working through an injury or returning to movement after time away, or if you simply want to progress faster than a group class allows.
Sessions are arranged directly with Victoria and priced to reflect the level of personalisation and expertise involved. To discuss availability and find out if a 1:1 is right for you, get in touch.

Victoria works with clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or returning to movement after time away.
One to one attention means corrections happen in real time. Most clients see more progress in a month of private sessions than in six months of group classes alone.
Sessions are arranged directly with Victoria to fit around your schedule. No fixed class times to work around.
